The team is currently at Monticello Motor Club in New York, competing in the Formula Sun Grand Prix solar race. We arrived here last Friday, and have been finishing up the car and going through scrutineering since then. Scrutineering is the process of getting our car inspected and approved race ready by the officials. Today, we hope to get our car fully approved to participate in FSGP.
We apologize for not having updated our blog until now, but we have been very busy getting the brand new car ready to go, and all of us have been putting in long hours at the track each day. I hope to write at least nightly blog posts once the race actually begins tomorrow, but if you want to see some of what we’ve done up until this point, you can check our Facebook or Twitter pages.
Stay tuned for more updates from here at Monticello Motor Club!
